By enrolling in the Quantum View Training Course, you ("the Student") agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. Program Description
Quantum View Training is an in-depth online program designed to teach the proprietary Quantum View method of multidimensional healing and spiritual transformation. The training includes live and/or recorded sessions, instructional materials, guided practices, and access to a community platform. The goal is to enable personal evolution and professional application of the method.
The training is delivered in small groups of 8 to 25 participants over a period of approximately 2.5 to 3 months, including live Zoom calls, supervision, and practice sessions.


2. Enrollment and Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed upon full payment via Stripe or approved transfer.
- Course fees are non-refundable once the program has begun.
- Participation is limited to the person enrolled and may not be shared or transferred.
- Payment plans may be available and must be honored in full unless otherwise agreed.


3. Access and Schedule
- The course includes a minimum of one live Zoom session every two weeks and at least one recorded or live lesson each week.
- A private Telegram chat will be used for communication and Q&A.
- Students are responsible for attending live calls or reviewing replays.
- Recordings are made available for a limited period as stated in the course details.
- All materials (presentations, algorithms, and templates) are included in the course fee.


4. Certification and Use
- Completion of the course does not automatically grant certification.
- Certification is awarded based on completion, participation, and demonstration of understanding, including a theoretical exam and supervision session with the trainer.
- Upon successful completion, students receive an original author’s certificate of international standard.
- The Quantum View method may not be taught or branded by the student without formal authorization.
- Certified students may reference the method in their practice but must credit the original creator.


5. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, frameworks, and language are copyrighted property of Quantum View.
- No materials may be shared, sold, modified, or used in other training without written consent.


6. Ethical Conduct
- Students are expected to engage respectfully with peers and maintain confidentiality.
- The provider reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the group environment or misuses the material.


7. Limitation of Liability
- The provider is not liable for results or outcomes.
- The total liability is limited to the course fee paid.


8. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by international commercial standards and online education norms.
- Any disputes shall be handled in good faith and through peaceful resolution.

Use of course materials is strictly limited to your own learning and practice. Sharing access to the materials or teaching the method in any form without certification and licensing is a violation of this agreement and may result in legal action.
