By purchasing and booking an individual session with Quantum View, you ("the Client") agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Service Description
Quantum View offers private one-on-one coaching, therapeutic, or transformative sessions conducted online. These sessions may include psychological support, energy alignment, guided meditative work, or spiritual mentoring — depending on the client's request and the provider's professional judgment.


2. Booking and Payment
- Sessions are booked in advance through the website or by email confirmation.
- Full payment is required to secure the booking.
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of contact information provided during checkout.


3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty by contacting the provider.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
- If the provider must reschedule, the client will be notified promptly and offered an alternative time.


4. Client Responsibility
- The client agrees to show up on time and be present during the session.
- The client understands that this is not a medical or psychiatric service and does not replace professional healthcare.


5. Provider Responsibility
- The provider commits to delivering the service with professionalism, presence, and ethical care.
- All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.


6. Results and Disclaimer
- Results vary and depend on the client's openness and engagement.
- The provider does not guarantee any specific outcome.
- These services are intended for personal growth and are not a substitute for medical treatment.


7. Intellectual Property
- All content, frameworks, and materials shared during the session remain the intellectual property of Quantum View and may not be recorded, duplicated, or redistributed without written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability
- The provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the session, beyond the amount paid for the session itself.


9. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by international commercial practice and general principles of online business law. Disputes, if any, shall be resolved amicably.
