By enrolling in a group therapy program with Quantum View, you ("the Participant") agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. Program Description
Quantum View offers online group therapeutic and transformative sessions in a safe and supportive environment. These group programs may include psychological practices, energy work, guided meditations, and inner process work, designed to support healing, insight, and personal growth.
All group sessions are conducted on the Zoom platform. A dedicated Telegram chat is used for communication between participants and the facilitator throughout the program.


2. Enrollment and Payment
- Participation is secured upon full payment through our website or direct invoice.
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Enrollment is for the full duration of the program; no partial attendance or drop-ins are allowed unless otherwise specified.


3. Commitment and Participation
- Participants agree to attend all sessions punctually and fully engage in the process.
- Respect for the group field, confidentiality, and the presence of others is essential.
- Recording of group sessions by participants is strictly prohibited.
- If a participant is unable to attend a session live, a recording may be provided upon request. This recording is for personal use only and must not be shared, stored, or distributed to third parties.


4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Refunds are not provided once the program has started.
- If the participant cancels before the first session, a refund (minus transaction fees) may be considered upon written request.
- In case of program cancellation by the provider, a full refund will be issued.


5. Confidentiality and Group Integrity
- What is shared in the group stays in the group.
- The provider reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the safety or integrity of the group container, without refund.


6. Facilitator Responsibility
- The provider commits to creating a safe, supportive, and ethical space for deep group work.
- While psychological safety is prioritized, these services do not substitute clinical therapy or psychiatric care.


7. Participant Responsibility
- Participation requires emotional readiness and personal responsibility.
- The program is intended for self-aware adults seeking inner transformation and not for individuals in acute mental health crises.


8. Intellectual Property
- All program materials, structures, meditations, and techniques are the intellectual property of Quantum View and may not be recorded, taught, or distributed.


9. Limitation of Liability
- The provider is not liable for any perceived or actual consequences of the work.
- The total liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant.


10. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by international commercial practice.
- Disputes, if any, shall be resolved peacefully and in good faith.
